Every now and again, I feel that I would like to write more of a personal waffle. When I say personal, I mean that rather than sharing my views or thoughts about teaching, technology and twaddle, I mean that I want to tell you something about myself and how this impacts on my learning and, in some cases, my teaching. This is going to be one of those waffles and I am going to start with a confession…
Well, this is the moment that I don’t really look forward to each year…the setting of my new year targets. Do I make them easy so I achieve them or challenging so I have to put some work in to them? or maybe a bit of both? Well my initial target for this waffle is to stop procrastinating and to get on with it!
So this week’s waffle is a bit different. It is going to focus more on the twaddle part of the blog’s tagline rather than the teaching or tech – although I’m sure those two words will be mentioned somewhere. I thought I would let you know why I write my waffles every week and why I continue to produce Wilson Waffling Live. Although this is not something specific about teaching, think of it as a relax chat over a coffee and a rich tea biscuit.
